I transcribed all the pauses – the punctuation marks – in Stephen Hawking’s book From the Big Bang to Black Holes. A Brief History of Time in order to draw a graphic of its negative temporality. This mural operates under the same precepts as the Diagrams of Silence and the Prose of the Observatory.
